As a Baader Technician, this role specializes in maintaining and repairing Baader 182, 192, 212, and 427 processing equipment, a crucial component at our Alaska seafood processing facilities, this role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and performing installations and upgrades. The technician must be proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Additionally, they may be required to work in challenging environmental conditions, such as cold temperatures and wet environments.

As a Baader Technician in a seafood processing plant, this role often works in a demanding and physically challenging environment. Typically, loud, cold, and wet, especially in Alaska processing plants. Technicians may be exposed to moving machinery, sharp objects, and hazardous chemicals. This role often works long hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous production. Position requires onsite presence at our Alaska Processing Facility, and the ability to travel, spending a significant amount of time during the season at our various locations and processing facilities in Alaska.
Physical Demands
The role requires significant physical strength to lift moderate to heavy equipment, endurance to stand for extended periods in cold, wet environments, and manual dexterity for precise tool usage. Additionally, the technician must be mentally focused to troubleshoot complex issues and work in a noisy environment.
