We are currently searching for a BA-Azure:

Responsibilities:

• Define integration requirements and understand business processes across multiple systems.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
• Write complex user stories with detailed acceptance criteria within Agile frameworks.
• Analyze data models, workflow automation, and system governance to ensure process alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage system integrations and event-driven architectures.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing backlogs and user story documentation.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Experience with data mapping and middleware-based integrations.

Desired:

• Exposure to Sales, Service, or Marketing domains and related business processes.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and system-to-system workflows.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
