We are seeking a Charter Crewing and Support Officer, reporting to the Programme and Crew Manager, to work within an excellent and diverse team. The role will be responsible for the long term and day to day management of the B737 & King air Charter Fleet Flight & Cabin Crew rosters, ensuring effective communication and promoting teamwork across the charter department.

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Previous experience of working within a charter airline, with knowledge of UK CAA flight time limitations a significant advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and operate 2Excel’s company rostering software system
  • Be an excellent team player, with a warm and friendly approach
  • Outstanding communication skills with a passion to provide our crews with a fair and workable roster, working closely with multiple teams including charter planning, operations and 737 & KA sales.

  • Focus driven, motivated and be passionate about the company and its core values

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK combined with a current passport.

In return we can offer you a competitive salary dependant on previous experience, generous holiday allowance, private health care, company pension
