As a Senior Tender Manager within Bolt's B2G Ride-Hailing team, you will lead end-to-end management of complex government tenders across Europe. Working at the intersection of public procurement, mobility, and operations, you'll own strategic bid submissions that help public sector organisations access reliable transport solutions.

In this highly cross-functional role, you'll partner closely with Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Compliance, Public Policy, and senior leadership teams to develop competitive proposals, manage tender pipelines, and build scalable bidding processes. Your work will directly influence Bolt's ability to win and retain public sector partnerships across multiple European markets.

  • <point>Coordinate Legal, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Public Policy stakeholders to deliver compliant and competitive bids.</point>
  • <point>Build and maintain tender management processes, content libraries, templates, and pipeline tracking.</point>
  • <point>Analyse procurement trends, competitor activity, and tender performance data to continuously improve bidding effectiveness.</point>
