B2C Sales Representative
The role will:
- Engage with potential and existing retail customers, aiming to promote our products and services
- Identify customer needs and provide energy solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention
- Map the energy market and provide useful information about competition
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain necessary input and feedback pertaining to client matters
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in retail and / or SME’s, either direct sales or indirect (via external partners); preferably in the energy / telecoms / insurance or related sector
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Car driving license (B' category)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office – with a strong focus on Excel
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with customers
