Job Description

We’re expanding our cleaning business across the UK and are seeking a persuasive B2C Sales Consultant to convert residential customers into loyal clients.

The Role:
You’ll connect with homeowners and tenants, explain service options, and secure bookings that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2C sales calls and warm leads.

  • Recommend cleaning packages based on customer needs.

  • Maintain CRM data and follow up with leads.

  • Work towards and exceed monthly booking goals.

What We Offer:

  • R8,000 base + uncapped commission (earn up to R25,000/month).

  • Remote role with full training.

  • 40 days paid annual leave.

Requirements

  1. At least 2 years of experience in B2C or direct sales with measurable success.

  2. Clear, professional English communication, both written and verbal.

  3. Able to work autonomously in a remote setting.

  4. Strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills.

  5. Resilient and able to maintain composure when dealing with rejection.

  6. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets over the phone.

  7. Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  8. Experienced in CRM usage for tracking leads and managing client data.

  9. Own reliable laptop/desktop with an internet connection of at least 20mbps.
