About the Role

As a B2C Sales & Business Development Manager, the role is based in Casablanca and reporting to the Branch Manager. You will play a key role in establishing, developing, and growing the B2C residential air conditioning business in Morocco. You will be responsible for building a dedicated distribution and dealer network, driving sell-in and sell-out performance, and developing the market presence of our residential product portfolio. Working closely with distributors, dealers, marketing, supply chain, and internal sales teams, you will develop and execute the commercial strategy required to increase market share, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and execute the B2C residential air conditioning business strategy for Morocco, with clear sales, profitability, market share, and distribution objectives.
• Build, manage, and continuously develop a dedicated network of B2C distributors, dealers, retailers, installers, and other relevant sales channels.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through structured commercial action plans, dealer development, promotions, incentives, and market activation.
• Develop annual sales budgets and rolling forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product positioning, pricing, promotions, distribution strategies, and consumer dynamics to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement competitive pricing and product positioning strategies for the residential air conditioning portfolio.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and distributors to ensure appropriate stock levels, product availability, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop B2C campaigns, dealer activities, product launches, promotions, digital initiatives, and other sell-out activities.
• Monitor distributor and dealer performance through clear KPIs covering sales, sell-out, stock, market coverage, product mix, and commercial execution.
• Identify new business opportunities, channels, geographical areas, and partnerships to expand residential market coverage across Morocco.
• Develop strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, retailers, installers, and other B2C market stakeholders.
• Provide regular business reviews, market intelligence, forecasts, and performance reporting to local and regional management.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in B2C sales and business development, preferably within the HVAC, AC Splits, home appliances, consumer electronics in Morocco.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan residential air conditioning market, including distributors, dealers, retailers, installers, pricing structures, competitive landscape, and sell-out dynamics.
• Proven experience in developing and managing distribution and dealer networks, with a strong understanding of both sell-in and sell-out management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage sales targets, profitability, pricing, forecasts, stock levels, and commercial action plans.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, with demonstrated ability to build and develop a business or sales channel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, competitor information, sales performance, inventory levels, and customer trends and translate them into concrete business actions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Results-oriented and capable of working with a high level of autonomy and ownership while coordinating effectively with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Service, and regional teams.
• French, Arabic mandatory; and English languages for communication with HQ and regional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, market analyses, and management presentations.
