About the role:
The Fulfillment team is a critical pillar of our operations. As Operations Manager-B2C, you will play a key role in managing overall B2C operations, maintaining SKU level inventory accuracy, optimizing resources, and coordinating with other teams to uphold our service standards. Our mission is to deliver operational excellence through precision and agility and you will be empowered with the tools, data, and decision-making authority to create meaningful impact on operations performance and customer experience.
