Maximizar las ventas en el HFB (negocio de muebles para el hogar) asignado y ser una fuente de conocimiento y experiencia para el equipo. Conocer a fondo la gama de productos, el mercado local, los clientes, la distribución de la tienda, las herramientas digitales de IKEA y la experiencia y los conocimientos de los compañeros. Apoyar la eficiencia del sistema de ventas mecánicas de IKEA para garantizar la ejecución continua y el éxito del Concepto IKEA. Debes contribuir para cumplir con las cuatro tareas de la tienda IKEA:
