B2B Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist

Our lean, high-performing team is made up of dedicated professionals who have been with us for years — and we are growing. We are looking for a skilled, self-driven B2B Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to own our outbound pipeline from end to end.
The Role
This is a full-time contractor position focused exclusively on B2B outreach and appointment booking. You will build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn, turning cold prospects into qualified meetings. You will work closely with our operations manager but will own this function independently.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Email Campaign Management
- Set up and manage cold email infrastructure including domain acquisition, inbox creation, DNS configuration, and warmup protocols
- Plan and execute high-volume B2B cold email campaigns following proper sending ratios and deliverability best practices
- Build, clean, and segment lead lists using industry-standard data sourcing and verification tools
- Write compelling, conversion-focused cold email copy: concise, human-toned, and built around soft calls-to-action
- Build and manage multi-touch outreach sequences with strategic follow-up timing and regular copy rotation
- Monitor campaign deliverability daily; manage blacklist alerts, bounce surges, spam spikes, and recovery protocols
- Maintain healthy deliverability metrics including bounce rates, spam rates, open rates, and reply rates
- Integrate video personalization into outreach sequences where applicable
LinkedIn Outreach
- Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns using automation tools, including workspace creation, user management, and sending limits
- Build and segment LinkedIn prospect lists; apply proper segmentation strategy and audit for accuracy
- Upload and manage outreach scripts; monitor and audit campaigns to ensure consistent delivery
- Stay compliant with LinkedIn platform restrictions and apply best practices to protect account standing
LinkedIn Profile Optimization
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles used for outreach: professional presentation, compelling headline, strong About section, featured content, and a clear call-to-action
- Ensure profiles reflect credibility through skills, endorsements, and recommendations
Lead Generation & Booking
- Manage reply handling across outreach channels; respond to interested leads promptly using approved messaging frameworks
- Book qualified meetings directly into calendar using automated scheduling tools
- Log and track all leads and meeting activity in CRM
- Set up and maintain automation workflows connecting outreach, booking, and reporting systems
Reporting & Performance
- Provide weekly performance reports covering open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and campaign health
- Track and report on lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-deal conversion rates
- Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements — copy rotation, domain replacement, list refresh, and re-warmup as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on B2B outreach experience — cold email and/or LinkedIn — in an agency or sales environment
- Proven track record of building outbound campaigns from scratch and booking qualified meetings
- Experience with cold email infrastructure setup: domain purchase, inbox creation, DNS configuration, warmup, and deliverability management
- Proficient in cold email sequencing and automation platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach automation tools
- Skilled in B2B lead list building, data sourcing, and list cleaning and verification
- Strong B2B copywriting skills: concise, conversational, and outcome-driven
- Experience with CRM management and pipeline tracking
- Comfortable setting up and managing booking and workflow automation
Nice to Have
- Experience in the hospitality or recruitment industry
- Familiarity with video personalization tools for outreach
- Understanding of email compliance frameworks including CAN-SPAM and CASL
- Experience managing outreach for a service-based agency

Contract Details
Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Full-time availability required (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: Competitive — based on experience
