Job Title:
B2B Sales Team Leader (German and English)The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills both in English and German, both written and verbal.
