Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Team lead to lead revenue growth through both direct B2B sales and partnership channels. This role will focus on driving customer acquisition via our OMS and Logistics platform, while also overseeing and optimizing sales performance generated through strategic partnership programs.

You will participate in shaping go-to-market strategies, building scalable B2B sales processes, and ensuring sustainable growth across multiple acquisition channels.

What You Will Do

  • Drive new business acquisition through the E-commerce & Logistic Platform, building a strong sales pipeline and generating revenue from e-commerce sellers and freight customers
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition plans
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks, onboarding programs, and coaching frameworks to enhance consultative selling capabilities and improve team performance
    Lead and optimize the sales funnel and processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and drive long-term growth
  • Oversee and drive sales performance through partnership programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue contribution from partners
  • Work closely with the Partnership team to design joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling strategies, and partner-driven acquisition campaigns
  • Analyze sales performance data and partnership contributions to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
  • Build, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance standards
  • Provide regular insights and reports to management on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
  • Experience in selling SaaS, or platform-based businesses is a must
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales pipelines
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, playbooks, and team coaching frameworks
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling approaches
  • Experience working with or managing partnership-driven sales channels is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English
