Sales Representative (EU/US)

(B2B eCommerce / POD)

Own the US new-business territory in B2B eCommerce. Build the book, close the deals, shape the playbook. EU working hours, with flexible overlap for US client meetings.

Are you passionate about building new partnerships with fast-growing eCommerce brands and driving their success through innovative print-on-demand solutions? We are looking for a Sales Representative (EU/US Market) to join our fast-growing B2B team, focusing on acquiring new clients across the United States.

Our B2B segment is the next growth engine, and the EU/US market is a key priority. This role is on the front line of building it.

The Role

You'll own new-business acquisition across the EU/US eCommerce market: Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplace merchants who are scaling and need a production partner that can keep up. Your pipeline, your conversion rate, your number. This isn't a role where leads land in your inbox; it's a role where you build the book of business and directly contribute to the growth of our B2B segment.

In a nutshell: Hunt EU/US eCommerce merchants. Own the full cycle from cold outreach to signed contract. Hand off clean accounts to AM and go close the next one.

Working hours: This role operates on EU working hours (Riga time). On occasion, you may need to extend your day by 1 to 2 hours to join a client meeting in US time zones, but there are no fixed US working hours. Your core schedule stays European.

What You Will Do

• → Drive new business in the EU/US market: Proactively identify, approach, and close new B2B clients across the Europe & the United States, focusing on Shopify, WooCommerce, and other eCommerce merchants with strong growth potential.
• → Own the full sales cycle: Take full ownership of the sales process from prospecting and qualification to discovery, negotiation, and closing.
• → Build a strong pipeline: Generate and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activities and inbound conversion, ensuring consistent deal flow.
• → Drive deals to closure: Actively manage opportunities, handle objections, and lead clients through the decision-making process to successfully close deals.
• → Ensure high-quality handover: Transfer newly closed clients to the Account Management team with clear alignment for further growth.
• → Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Account Management to align on client solutions and closing strategy.
• → Represent the company externally: Engage with clients, attend industry events, and strengthen our presence in the EU/US eCommerce and POD market.

Who We're Looking For

Sounds like you?

• → 2–4+ years closing B2B deals in eCommerce, POD, SaaS, or another merchant-facing category.
• → A real hunter: strong motivation and ability to acquire new clients, build pipeline and close deals.
• → US market understanding: familiarity with EU/US client expectations, communication styles, business culture and buying behavior.
• → Track record of full-cycle ownership: you've prospected, negotiated, and closed deals end-to-end.
• → AI proficiency: experience using AI tools to improve prospecting, outreach, and sales efficiency.
• → Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• → Comfortable with HubSpot or similar CRM and Sales Navigator.

What We Offer

• → Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + quarterly bonus.
• Base pay: 1.800 - 2.200€ (gross)
• Quaterly performance bonus: 1.000 - 2.000€ (gross)
• Total On-target-earning: €3.200–€3.600€ gross/month.
