Part-Time Sales Representative – B2B Outbound Calling

Location: Remote
Working Hours: US Business Hours (3:00 PM onwards SA Time)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Must have your own laptop

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a part-time sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients from a provided list of leads, building strong relationships, and driving the sales process through to successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property managers, developers, property owners, and other decision-makers within the property and real estate sector.
• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Speak confidently with managers and key decision-makers to introduce the company's services and close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Negotiate proposals and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an outbound sales environment.
• Experience making a high volume of outbound calls (80+ calls per day).
• Strong cold calling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Reliable internet connection and own laptop.
