Synopsis

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented B2B Sales Products Officer to support the effectiveness and growth of our B2B Sales Products & Programs function. This role plays a critical part in enabling commercial success through the management of sales programs, pricing models, reporting, CRM administration, and stakeholder communications.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of sales products and programs while providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage pricing and incentive models to ensure accurate and competitive product offerings.
• Support the development and implementation of B2B sales products and programs, including specialty segments.
• Maintain and manage internal and external sales support inboxes, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
• Administer and maintain accurate customer and sales data within Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Generate and analyze sales performance, customer, and program reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and sales effectiveness.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on products, programs, and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales policies and communications remain accurate and up to date.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of B2B products, programs, and customer requirements to provide effective support.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of work experience in a related field.
• Sales experience or experience supporting a field sales organization is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, administration, business analytics, or a similar commercial support function.
• Strong analytical and numerate mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI (Essential).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Collaborative team player with strong cultural awareness and stakeholder management skills.
