The company is an international distributor of swimming pool equipment, operating primarily in Poland for over 4 years and expanding into the German market. Its business model combines B2B wholesale (around 90% of revenue) with a smaller B2C segment via e-commerce.
Currently, the company employs around 130 people and has an established sales team in Poland. As part of its growth strategy, the company is actively building its presence in Germany, which is one of the largest and most competitive markets in Europe in this niche.
The company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager with German language skills to develop and grow the German market from scratch.
The main focus of this role is proactive client acquisition and building a strong B2B partner network. The candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from identifying potential clients and initiating contact to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
In addition to B2B development, the role includes occasional support of inbound e-commerce leads (B2C), although this is a secondary responsibility and expected to be further automated over time.
This is a highly autonomous and hands-on role suited for a proactive “hunter” profile who can take ownership of market development and drive results independently.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (active sales required)
Proven experience in cold outreach and client acquisition
Experience managing full sales cycle (lead generation → deal closing → post-sale support)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of decisions
Fluent German and Polish (both required)
Experience working with CRM systems
Proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Experience selling technical or complex products
Experience in highly competitive markets
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily work
Experience in distribution or working with construction/service companies
English language skills
Full-time, office-based role in Warsaw (Poland)

Fixed salary: from 8000 PLN net
