About the Opportunity

City Wide Facilit y Solutions is expanding in the North Bay market and building a high-performing B2B sales team to support significant regional growth. This territory offers a strong opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build a substantial book of business in an underpenetrated market with significant long-term potential.

If you have sold for companies such as Cintas, ADP, Paychex, Aramark, Waste Management, Terminix, or other B2B service providers, you already understand the opportunity.

Businesses struggle to manage multiple facility vendors. City Wide solves that problem by becoming a single point of contact for more than 20 facility services, including:

• Janitorial services

• Disinfecting services

• Landscaping

• Handyman services

• Parking lot maintenance

• Window cleaning

• And many more

Instead of selling a single service, you are selling a complete facility management solution.

What You Will Do

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within your territory

• Cold call and generate new meetings with decision-makers

• Conduct facility walk-throughs to identify opportunities

• Present customized solutions to business owners and executives

• Close new contracts and expand accounts

You will manage your pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
