Job Summary:


The
B2B Sales Executive

at
Garage ILLA

is
responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities by selling
tires,
batteries, filters, and oils for commercial vehicles

. This role involves
developing strong relationships with fleet operators, transportation companies,
and logistics businesses to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:


  • Develop
    and implement a sales strategy to promote
    tires, batteries, filters,
    and oils

    for
    Commercial trucks

    .

  • Generate
    leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.

  • Conduct
    market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Build
    and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and fleet managers.

  • Understand
    client requirements and recommend the right
    tires, batteries, filters,
    and oils

    to optimize their fleet performance.

  • Ensure
    high levels of customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.


Negotiation &
Contract Management:


  • Prepare
    and present
    customized sales proposals

    to potential clients.

  • Negotiate
    pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions to secure profitable
    deals.

  • Ensure
    all agreements comply with company policies and revenue targets.


Collaboration
& Reporting:


  • Work
    closely with internal teams, including
    operations, warehouse, and
    finance

    , to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Maintain
    and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.

  • Provide
    regular reports on
    sales performance, market trends, and competitor

Requirements


Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's
    degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1+
    years of experience in B2B sales

    , preferably in
    automotive parts,
    fleet services, or trucking industry

    .

  • Proven
    track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Key Skills:


  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability
    to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

  • Proficiency
    in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Self-motivated,
