Job Summary:

  Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote

  Commercial trucks

• 
  Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales deals.

  Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

  Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and fleet managers.

  Understand client requirements and recommend the right
  tires, batteries, filters, and oils
  to optimize their fleet performance.
• 
  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

• 
  Prepare and present
  customized sales proposals
  to potential clients.
• 
  Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions to secure profitable deals.
• 
  Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and revenue targets.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• 
  Work closely with internal teams, including
  operations, warehouse, and finance
  , to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.

  Provide regular reports on

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  1+ years of experience in B2B sales

  automotive parts, fleet services, or trucking industry
  .
• 
  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
