About the role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects through outbound outreach. This is a high-activity role suited for individuals who are passionate about sales, curious by nature, and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

What you'll do

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive or Sales Team.
  • Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign initiatives and share insights from outreach.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outreach and qualified opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a similar B2B SDR or sales-related role.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Confident making cold calls and engaging with stakeholders across different industries.

Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).

Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Experience selling SaaS or other tech solutions (desirable).

Understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes (desirable).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) (desirable).
