The B2B Sales Assistant supports the efficient day-to-day operations of the B2B Department by providing administrative and organizational support to the company's commercial activities. The role ensures the effective management of business partnerships, the timely execution of daily tasks, and the delivery of excellent service to corporate clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor B2B partnership agreements and contracts.
- Create and update business partnerships in the company's systems (SAP, BIOMED, etc.).
- Handle the setup of insurance funds and code assignments.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and communications to company branches.
- Coordinate and communicate with business units to ensure the smooth implementation of partnerships.
- Manage requests related to insurance organizations (e.g., EDOEAP).
- Liaise with the Accounting Department to resolve invoicing issues and billing discrepancies.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the B2B Manager.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and commercial documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from a University, College, or equivalent Higher Education Institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative support or commercial support role.
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) will be considered an asset.
