The B2B Quality Assurance Specialist owns testing for assigned features/modules, designs and executes both manual and automated test strategies, actively collaborates with cross-functional teams, and contributes to process improvements. This role balances hands-on testing with planning and automation, and covers multiple B2B partner environments (each with its own admin panel, jurisdictional rules, and release cadence).
They are also responsible for requesting and collecting feedback from other departments on ways to improve certain areas and documenting it in a clear way to prepare the request for the Development team.
Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated).
Execute and oversee manual and automated tests (functional, integration, regression, possibly performance/security).
Review requirements and contribute to refinement sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners to reproduce defects, validate fixes, and escalate issues according to release cycles.
Participate in automation efforts and integrate scripts with CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test coverage, metrics, and provide reports on releases and overall quality.
Prepares and documents development requests related to the admin panel, and forwards those reports to the development assistant for ticket creation.
Tracks Admin Panel health stats and reports to developers if any of them are not within the โโhealthโโ range.
Suggest improvements to QA processes, tools, environments, and best practices.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
2-5 years of QA or software testing experience (manual + some automation).
Ability to design and execute test strategies; experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress).
Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and test design techniques.
Proficiency with defect tracking/test management tools and basic CI/CD workflows.
Problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility) or Agile/DevOps practices.
Familiarity with programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation.
Knowledge of databases and practical experience preparing test environments.
Experience testing payment flows, both fiat and crypto.
