🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador
Objetivo principalApoyar la ejecución, seguimiento y control de los procesos operativos y comerciales del negocio B2B, asegurando el cumplimiento oportuno de actividades críticas, la correcta coordinación entre áreas y la identificación de oportunidades de mejora que contribuyan a la eficiencia y calidad operacional, mediante actividades relacionadas con SalesOperationsy Business Performance.
Responsabilidades principales:
Apoyar la ejecución y seguimiento de procesos operativos y comerciales del negocio B2B.
Monitorear controles e indicadores operativos, generando reportes de avance y cumplimiento.
Validar y consolidar información utilizada en procesos operativos, comerciales y cierres del área.
Coordinar con distintas áreas la atención de incidencias y necesidades operativas.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora y participar en iniciativas de automatización, simplificación y optimización de procesos.
Brindar soporte a proyectos que involucren coordinación entre áreas comerciales, producto, operaciones, BI y finanzas.
