B2B Pricing Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced B2B Pricing Manager to lead the development, governance, and execution of pricing strategies across our Australian B2B and Mining business lines. In this pivotal role, you will shape commercial decision-making to drive sustainable growth, strengthen competitiveness, and optimise margins ensuring alignment across commercial, financial, and operational priorities.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and senior leaders, influencing key pricing outcomes that support both strategic and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Pricing Leadership

• Develop and execute pricing frameworks for B2B and MIN channels to support overall strategic and financial targets.
• Lead pricing for tenders, major contracts, and key negotiations with critical accounts.

Commercial & Market Insights

• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, customer behaviour, and cost structures to guide pricing decisions.
• Evaluate commercial performance, margin outcomes, and pricing effectiveness using dashboards and analytics.

Pricing Governance & Operations

• Own and maintain price lists, discount structures, governance processes, and approval workflows.
• Ensure full compliance with internal pricing policies, audit requirements, and commercial controls.
• Support digital pricing initiatives and enhance pricing tools, workflows, and systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial management, finance, or strategy within B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience using pricing platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working within mining, industrial, supply chain, or other operationally complex environments is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
• Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
