What you will do:
You will be the end-to-end owner of our B2B lead gen website. Your goal is to internalize our web strategy and evolve our online presence into a customer-centric growth machine. You will apply a deep understanding of the B2B buyerâs journey to ensure every touchpoint is optimized for engagement and intent. You will bridge the gap between search visibility and sales velocity, leveraging technical SEO and CRO to create a frictionless path from "curiosity" to "conversion." Supported by Product & Engineering teams, you will ensure our digital footprint is our most powerful tool for capturing demand and accelerating the sales cycle.
Reporting to the Global B2B Marketing Lead, you will be a key member of a 3 person team. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Your list of responsibilities will include :
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Web Performance
Organic Strategy: SEO & GEO (AI-Search)
Interactive Tools: Act as the internal Product Owner for high-conversion web assets (ex:self-discovery tools, ROI calculators, chatbots). You will lead the entire lifecycle: from conducting market analysis and defining the initial opportunity to crafting the Proof of Concept and final technical briefs. You will partner closely with the Product Engineering/ Data team for delivery and own the post-launch performance monitoring and iterative optimization.
