We are looking for a senior B2B marketing leader to build and scale the marketing strategy for restaurant partners nationwide, strengthening engagement, retention, and long-term business value within the platform ecosystem.
This role will lead initiatives focused on both existing and prospective restaurant partners, driving awareness, consideration, engagement, and loyalty through strategic communication, commercial enablement, and partner-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands the complexity of marketplace ecosystems, and has proven experience developing marketing strategies for B2B audiences.
Define and execute the national B2B marketing strategy for restaurant partners, aligned with business growth and retention goals.
Develop communication frameworks that strengthen the platform’s value proposition for restaurants.
Lead initiatives across the full partner lifecycle, from acquisition support to engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Create scalable engagement programs, communication journeys, educational initiatives, and partner-facing experiences that increase consideration and long-term platform preference.
Develop tools, campaigns, and strategic initiatives that generate tangible business value for restaurant partners and CKAs.
Identify opportunities to improve partner perception, satisfaction, and emotional connection with the platform.
Work in close collaboration with Commercial and Operations teams to support business priorities, restaurant acquisition efforts, and retention goals.
Translate commercial challenges into marketing opportunities that drive measurable impact.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Support the growth and performance of strategic restaurant partners by developing marketing solutions that unlock incremental business opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on business outcomes and partner behavior.
Strong experience in B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketplace, or Ecosystem Marketing roles.
Proven ability to develop strategies focused on engagement, retention, and relationship building for business audiences.
Experience working closely with Commercial and/or Sales teams in high-growth environments.
Strong strategic mindset combined with executional excellence and business orientation.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
