We're hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in San Diego. If you're excited about B2B tech, want hands-on marketing experience, and love learning, read on. No experience required—just enthusiasm.This is your first marketing role—and it's going to be awesome.

You'll work directly with our leadership, learning B2B marketing fundamentals while contributing to real campaigns that drive business results. From content creation to campaign execution, you'll get hands-on experience in everything marketing: B2B strategy, SaaS marketing tactics, lead generation, email marketing, social media, and campaign measurement.

This role is perfect for: Recent graduates who are ready to launch a marketing career, career-changers entering marketing, or bootcamp graduates passionate about B2B tech marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Content Creation & Marketing Support

• Write engaging blog posts, emails, and social media content about B2B tech
• Create landing pages and content assets for marketing campaigns
• Help with webinar planning, email campaign copywriting, and marketing collateral
• Create content strategy

Campaign Execution & Lead Generation

• Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, ads)
• Track campaign performance: open rates, click rates, conversions, ROI
• Help manage marketing database and lead lists

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage company LinkedIn page and social media accounts
• Create posts about AI, marketing trends, company culture
• Engage with our audience: comment, respond, participate in conversations

Research & Collaboration

• Research competitors and market trends
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and data
• Work with technical experts to understand complex AI/tech products

Marketing Tools & Tech

• Learn marketing technology: email platforms, analytics, social media tools, CRM systems
• Get comfortable with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
• Help maintain marketing documentation and playbooks
• Build practical skills in marketing tools and automation

Benefits

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 annually
