Your mission

Plan and execute B2B demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns.
Manage and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
Translate complex technical offerings into compelling marketing messages.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform campaigns.
Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team to deliver aligned, high-quality materials.
Track, report, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
Build brand visibility through enterprise-focused campaigns and content.

Your profile

4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or related industries.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, demand generation, and funnel management.
Ability to simplify and position technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proficient in marketing automation, reporting, and campaign analytics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (German a plus).
Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
