Position Overview:
We have an exciting new 1-year maternity cover opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our European Marketing and Communications team based in London. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to build and maintain a strong corporate brand across multiple target audiences, and jurisdictions, and effectively promoting offerings to sophisticated B2B customers.
The successful candidate will report to the Marketing and Communications Director, Europe, working closely with key internal stakeholders and an esteemed network of partner Agency’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Whilst basedatourLondonHQ,this is a pan-European role including deliveryof strategic marketinginitiativeswithin the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain,theNetherlands, Italy, and Japan.
Marketingstrategy:Executestrategicmarketinginitiativestailored tokey targetaudiences to achieve businessobjectivesandgrowth targets.
Visualbrandmanagement:Oversee andsupport the businessinmaintainingconsistency and coherence toall visual aspects of brand communication,directing creative concepts to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned execution across photography, video, digital and print assets.
Contentcreation:Mangethe creation of high-qualitycontentsuch aswhitepapers,reports,case studies, presentations,photography,videoand multimedia assets. Develop creative briefs andstoryboards andmanage external production agencies from brief through delivery.
Salesenablement: Collaborate withsite acquisition,designandsales teamsto developmarketing collateralincluding presentations,assetsheets,web,videoandsocialcontent
Marketingcampaigns:Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, content,eventsand partner channels to generate awareness,engagementand commercial opportunities
Thought leadership and speaker programme:Identifyand coordinate relevant industry events, webinars, awards and speaking opportunities, including speaker submissions, abstracts and briefing materials, working with the PR agency to support wider media and reputation activity.
Eventmanagement Planand overseepresence at industry,proprietary,customerand communityeventsacross Europe working withinternalstakeholdersand external vendorscoordinatingobjectives, guest outreach, speaker preparation,logistics, content,follow-upand evaluation.
Digital marketing:Manage European digital marketing requirements across website content, email marketing, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, socialmediaand analytics, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agency/platform partners as needed.
Marketknowledge:Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, customerinsightsand emerging market developments toidentifyopportunities and inform marketing strategy.
Reporting:Monitorandanalysethe performance of marketing initiativesandprovide regular reports
Budget and process management: Manageallocatedbudgets, purchase orders, vendor scopes, projecttrackersand campaign calendars to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
Skills:
Projectmanagement: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlineswithin in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Leadership:Ability tosuccessfullylead and motivate cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiativesaligned to business goals.
Creativity:Ability to generate standoutinnovative ideas for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives
Digitalmarketing:Experiencewithvarious digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Brandmanagement: Experience in brand development, positioning, and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing,digitalmarketing,communications,business, or related subjects
7-10years ofrelevantexperiencewith proventrack recordof delivering to ahighstandard
Datacentre, realestateor digitalinfrastructureexperience is preferred, but notrequired
Travel across Europe will be necessary,c. 10% of a working month.
