Title and Summary
B2B Marketing InternAbout the Opportunity
We are looking for an intern to support B2B marketing initiatives in the LAC region, with a focus on managing the lead generation process in Salesforce, B2B CRM, B2B Platform (Marketing Center), performance analysis, and data consolidation. You will have exposure to regional projects and work closely with marketing, product, sales, and operations teams. The internship will be on-site.
What You Will Do
Support Marketing Operations by documenting and improving processes within the Regional B2B Marketing team
Assist in executing and organizing B2B marketing initiatives (events, platforms, content), including support for the Marketing Center and B2B CRM
Support the lead management process, including organization, tracking, and follow-ups
Help consolidate best practices for Regional B2B Marketing
Compile data and support the creation of performance reports/dashboards (KPIs and results)
Assist with monitoring and analyzing results

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree (Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Science, or related fields)
Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Knowledge of Power BI and Excel
Interest in B2B marketing, performance, and data
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead generation processes
Familiarity with Power BI or reporting
Spanish communication skills
