Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Events Manager to join our growing Work in Lithuania team and lead the development of B2B marketing initiatives in Lithuania. This is a senior-level role suited for a marketing professional eager to shape B2B marketing direction, build a structured events approach from the ground up, and plan and coordinate participation in international events.

What will you be doing? 

• Own and implement the annual B2B marketing strategy in Lithuania, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities.

• Structure and manage consistent B2B marketing activities across channels, initiatives, and events (e.g., LinkedIn, content, email campaigns, partnerships, webinars, and conferences).

• Design and coordinate a structured B2B events framework in Lithuania.

• Plan and coordinate participation in international events, including event selection, positioning, and marketing preparation.

• Strengthen Work in Lithuania’s expert positioning in the local business ecosystem.

• Translate business priorities into clear marketing initiatives and communication formats.

• Coordinate initiatives across teams and external partners, including agencies and event suppliers.

• Identify opportunities to streamline B2B marketing and events processes using automation and AI tools.

What do we expect from you? 

• A university degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

• Experience planning or coordinating B2B events and participating in conferences or international events.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to take ownership of initiatives from idea to execution.

• Fluent Lithuanian and professional working proficiency in English.

• Gross Salary from 2800 - 3800 Eur gross/month. The salary may vary depending on your skills and experience.
