As we expand our U.S. marketing programs, we're looking for an organized, proactive, and collaborative B2B Marketing Campaign Coordinator based in either Atlanta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ with a hybrid work arrangement, to help bring our marketing initiatives to life.

About the Role

You'll play an important role in coordinating integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales pipeline growth.

Working closely with our U.S. marketing team, global marketing colleagues, external marketing agencies, and sales organization, you'll help keep campaigns organized, moving forward, and aligned with business objectives.

Our marketing programs include digital demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and industry events. We're looking for someone who understands B2B technology marketing, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and takes pride in seeing projects through from planning to execution, all the way through to successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, demand generation, ABM, content marketing, and events.
  • Manage campaign schedules, deliverables, approvals, and launch timelines.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between the U.S. marketing team, global marketing colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Track campaign progress, follow up on outstanding deliverables, and proactively identify potential delays.
  • Help ensure campaign messaging, creative assets, and execution align with marketing objectives.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with global marketing teams to request and adapt campaign assets, content, landing pages, and other marketing materials for the U.S. market.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Organize campaign meetings, document action items, and track next steps.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign planning, meeting objectives, and desired results.

Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing

  • Support the coordination of lead-generation and demand-generation campaigns targeting enterprise technology buyers.
  • Help execute ABM initiatives focused on strategic target accounts.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, audience requirements, outreach activities, and follow-up programs.
  • Work with sales and marketing stakeholders to support alignment on campaign objectives and target audiences.

Content & Event Marketing Support

  • Coordinate content development and promotion across digital campaigns, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and landing pages.
  • Work with Pre-Sales, Product Marketing and Consulting teams to develop content for campaigns.
  • Support pre-event marketing, targeted promotions, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Help connect event sponsorships with broader demand-generation and ABM initiatives.

Campaign Reporting & Organization

  • Maintain campaign calendars, project trackers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate the collection of campaign performance metrics from agencies and internal teams.
  • Assist with reporting on campaign engagement, lead generation, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign coordination and execution processes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, projects, or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and lead-generation concepts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies, internal creative teams, or cross-functional marketing groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership of assigned projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Based in either Atlanta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms – MS Customer Insights and MS Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience working with global or geographically distributed marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, email marketing, webinars, and digital content promotion.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and pipeline.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or preferably Planio.
  • Based in either Atlanta, GA or Scottsdale AZ on a hybrid work base
