Accountabilities:

The B2B Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation initiatives that support business growth and enterprise adoption. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across priority industries, from strategic planning and messaging to execution and performance analysis.
• Developing programs across account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, webinars, customer and partner marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound initiatives.
• Selecting and optimizing marketing channels based on business objectives rather than focusing on a single marketing function.
• Partnering closely with sales, product marketing, growth, design, and broader marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging and high-impact campaigns.
• Owning pipeline generation initiatives and monitoring campaign performance through data analysis and measurable outcomes.
• Running experiments, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously improving marketing strategies.
• Creating marketing programs that position innovative technology solutions effectively for enterprise audiences.
• Supporting the development of scalable demand generation frameworks for long-term business growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong B2B marketing experience in high-growth technology environments, with the ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results. Required qualifications and skills include:

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing roles within high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs that have generated measurable enterprise pipeline.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including ABM, content, events, partnerships, and outbound campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively with limited processes, prioritize opportunities, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
• Exceptional attention to quality, clarity, and business impact.
• Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and the evolving technology ecosystem.
