A well‑coordinated digital strategy is essential for driving business success and delivering value to both customers and employees. As the B2B Integrations Lead, you will play a key role in expanding Rexel’s digital capabilities by enabling system‑to‑system connectivity, using a variety of connectivity technologies, between Rexel and our customers. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this role will help identify opportunities where digital integrations can improve efficiency, streamline purchasing workflows, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
Reporting to the Digital Channel Manager, the Integrations Lead will collaborate with Digital, IT, Sales, Operations, and customer partners to identify integration opportunities and coordinate the delivery of new digital capabilities. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on coordination of integration initiatives, supporting Rexel’s continued growth in digital transaction channels.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 70000 - 90000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
