US Cold owns and operates one of the most complex temperature-controlled logistics networks in North America. Every day, our systems coordinate the storage and movement of food at national scale across a network of state-of-the-art distribution centers, including multiple highly automated warehouse facilities.
We continue to advance our core warehouse and logistics platforms while modernizing the technology ecosystem that supports our customers, operations, and business partners. Our current focus includes API-first architecture, event-driven integrations, cloud platforms, automation, reliability engineering, and digital customer enablement. As part of this transformation, we are building scalable integration capabilities that improve customer onboarding, accelerate innovation, and provide seamless connectivity across internal and external systems.
The Role
The B2B Integration Architect is responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations that connect customers, vendors, partners, and internal business systems. This role serves as a technical leader for integration architecture, helping establish standards, governance, reusable patterns, and best practices across the organization.
The position focuses on EDI, APIs, file-based integrations, and event-driven solutions that support critical business processes across warehouse management, transportation, ERP, customer platforms, and data services. The Integration Architect collaborates closely with business stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure, and customers to deliver secure, reliable, scalable integrations that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Operational Context
This role is primarily technical and office-based, with occasional interaction in operational environments depending on project, customer, and system support needs. Travel may be required to support customer onboarding, technology deployments, integration initiatives, and operational projects.
Physical & Operational Context
May require physical effort associated with using a computer to access information, or occasional standing, walking, and lifting to support day-to-day activities. Effective communication, vision, and hearing are essential for safety and productivity. Operate laptops, mobile devices, phones, and other required equipment. Additional work hours may be requested to support projects, customer implementations, technology deployments, or critical production incidents. Attend in-person meetings and training sessions regularly. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and business commitments.
