About the Role
As a B2B Growth & Consulting Sales Specialist, you will meet with business owners, understand their challenges, position the right solutions, and own the full sales cycle.
You will sell solutions in the areas of:
Business coaching & consulting
Growth programmes
Leadership development
Sales improvement
Corporate training
Your Responsibilities
Conduct phone and online meetings with SME-segment business owners
Analyse the needs of prospective clients
Recommend appropriate training and consulting solutions
Manage leads generated through webinars, events, referrals, and digital campaigns
Track the sales pipeline via CRM
Manage proposal preparation and follow-up processes
Lead online and phone-based deal-closing conversations
Work towards defined sales targets and KPIs
Deliver regular performance reports
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience
Strong communication skills over the phone and in online meetings
Ability to conduct needs analyses and think in a solution-oriented way
Disciplined approach to tracking and managing the sales process
Comfortable working with targets and KPI frameworks
Proficient in CRM tools
Open to continuous learning and professional development
Professional proficiency in English written and spoken (required)
Prior experience in education, consulting, SaaS, technology, or service sales is a strong advantage
