We are now looking for new team members who can build strong relationships with business owners, conduct needs analyses, and manage the end-to-end sales process for our consulting and training solutions.

About the Role

As a B2B Growth & Consulting Sales Specialist, you will meet with business owners, understand their challenges, position the right solutions, and own the full sales cycle.

You will sell solutions in the areas of:

  • Business coaching & consulting

  • Growth programmes

  • Leadership development

  • Sales improvement

  • Corporate training

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone and online meetings with SME-segment business owners

  • Analyse the needs of prospective clients

  • Recommend appropriate training and consulting solutions

  • Manage leads generated through webinars, events, referrals, and digital campaigns

  • Track the sales pipeline via CRM

  • Manage proposal preparation and follow-up processes

  • Lead online and phone-based deal-closing conversations

  • Work towards defined sales targets and KPIs

  • Deliver regular performance reports

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience

  • Strong communication skills over the phone and in online meetings

  • Ability to conduct needs analyses and think in a solution-oriented way

  • Disciplined approach to tracking and managing the sales process

  • Comfortable working with targets and KPI frameworks

  • Proficient in CRM tools

  • Open to continuous learning and professional development

  • Professional proficiency in English written and spoken (required)

  • Prior experience in education, consulting, SaaS, technology, or service sales is a strong advantage
