Research and build targeted prospect lists across education, community sports, and corporate markets. Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target organisations. Write clear, professional, and engaging B2B outreach emails tailored to different audiences. Develop, manage, and execute email outreach sequences to generate interest and new business opportunities. Conduct prospecting and follow-ups through LinkedIn to support email outreach efforts. Monitor and manage incoming replies, respond to enquiries, and nurture interested prospects. Qualify potential leads based on their event requirements and level of interest. Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects for the client. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, responses, and booked meetings. Target Markets The outreach campaign will focus on the following audiences: Melbourne Schools: Promoting event services for school formals, valedictory dinners, and staff Christmas parties. Amateur and Community Sporting Clubs: Generating leads for presentation nights, club anniversaries, and other community events. Corporate Organisations: Identifying opportunities for Christmas parties, conferences, product launches, and other corporate functions.
