  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions supporting Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and logistics processes, including automation of document-driven transactions.
  • Optimize the enterprise B2B/EDI integration practices and platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, reliability, and support for diverse transaction types and partner capabilities.
  • Define and execute trading partner onboarding and migration strategies, including transition from legacy VAN/network providers to direct integrations, enablement of portal and AI-based intake for non-EDI partners, and standardization of customer and vendor integrations across regions and business processes.
  • Architect seamless data flows between SAP and external partners, ensuring alignment with order to cash, logistics, and warehouse processes, including integration of AI-extracted transactional data.
  • Establish and enforce EDI standards, message guidelines, and integration governance to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across global B2B integrations.

  • Multi-Channel & Intelligent Integration Design
Ability to design scalable integration solutions combining EDI, APIs, portals, and AI/agentic automation to support both structured and unstructured transactions (e.g., PDF/email-based document processing).
  • Transformation & Technical Ownership
Proven experience leading integration modernization initiatives, including VAN/network exit strategies, platform transitions, and adoption of intelligent automation, while acting as the primary technical contact driving standards, governance, and solution quality.
