B2B Distribution Executive
As part of an ambitious 2026β2030 growth strategy, a new B2B Distribution Executive role has been created to unlock non-retail revenue streams. This is a hands-on, high-impact position focused on building and scaling B2B and distribution channels while representing globally recognised premium travel and lifestyle brands.

You will own and grow:
- B2B & Corporate Sales (corporate gifting and institutional clients)
- Distribution & Wholesale Partnerships
Your mission: turn non-retail channels into a structured, profitable growth engine
Success is measured by revenue growth, pipeline development, and partner performance
π Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a structured B2B sales pipeline.
- Develop and grow corporate, institutional, and wholesale clients.
- Manage and optimise distribution partner performance.
- Drive revenue growth while protecting brand positioning and margins.
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, marketing, and finance.
- Represent premium global brands with professionalism and confidence.

What Weβre Looking For
- 2β5 yearsβ experience in B2B sales, distribution, wholesale, or commercial roles.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset with numerical confidence.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes.
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or premium brands is a plus.
