Aurora Live is building Europe’s most wanted executive network — and a high-performance commercial engine for B2B technology companies.

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to execute our growth roadmap across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, HubSpot and emerging channels.

You will work closely with the marketing team and business stakeholders, turning priorities into campaigns, experiments and measurable results across multiple European markets.

What you'll do

• Build, launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and new channels — including ad copy and creative briefs.
• Execute our digital marketing roadmap with speed across markets, audiences and funnel stages.
• Monitor performance closely and act on the data: adjust targeting, budgets, bidding, creative, landing pages and conversion paths.
• Track CPL, MQL/SQL conversion, lead quality, pipeline contribution, spend and ROI — and turn the numbers into clear actions.
• Run fast experiments across creative, messaging, audiences, offers and landing pages — scale winners and stop what does not perform.
• Contribute to email marketing, lead nurturing and campaign automation in HubSpot, depending on your experience and strengths.
• Stay up to speed with developments in paid media, marketing technology and new digital channels, bringing relevant opportunities into our execution.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on digital or paid media experience in B2B, ideally across multiple European markets. You will benefit from background on marketing in professional services, technologies, and related B2B services.
• Strong practical experience with LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads, managing a high volume of campaigns in parallel.
• Any hands-on experience with HubSpot is a strong advantage. Our marketing, sales and customer journey live in HubSpot, so experience with campaigns, lists and segmentation, workflows, automation, forms, reporting or CRM data will benefit you in this role.
• Ability to independently build and optimize campaigns — not just coordinate them.
• Strong analytical thinking: you spot an issue, form a hypothesis and act.
• A commercial mindset: lead volume is only the starting point. MQLs need to convert into SQLs, pipeline and ultimately revenue.
• Curiosity about new platforms, formats, tools and optimization opportunities.
• A practical, fast-moving working style — comfortable learning from results and changing direction when needed.

How success is measured

Your work is evaluated by its impact on our commercial growth, including:

• Quality and volume of leads generated
• Conversion from lead to MQL and SQL
• Pipeline created and influenced - revenue contribution
• Return on marketing investment
• Speed and quality of execution and optimization
