As a B2B Customer Specialist for our multinational automotive client, you enjoy the automotive industry and talking shop with your own portfolio of customers. You will move seamlessly between sales and promotions, order taking, and complaint handling to visits offsite with your customers when required.

The Role
Talk Shop with the Pros - Forget cold calling or dealing with angry retail shoppers. You will be looking after a warm, established network of mechanical workshops and trade businesses. Your job is to listen to their needs, order their parts, and introduce them to premium tool ranges - essentially talking shop with mechanics all day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of business customers end to end for a well known automotive brand
Promote and sell our brand, take orders and be able to visit our customers with our client when required
Handle complaints while ensuring our customers get the best possible outcome
Multi task and deliver exception sales and service
Be tech savvy and experienced in working on spreadsheets and CRM systems
Your Profile

Your Digital & Technical Skills
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You are highly comfortable navigating multiple computer screens, tabs, and systems simultaneously. If you've used modern retail/hospitality POS setups, booking systems, or basic office platforms, you have the foundations we are looking for.
Data Accuracy: You understand that the details matter. You possess strong typing skills and the ability to capture clean, accurate customer details and pipeline updates in a CRM database while speaking with clients.
