Job Description

What you'll be doing day to day

• Develop new business opportunities by building long lasting relationships with companies, professionals and public organisations, making IKEA their preferred partner for furnishing solutions.

• Lead and develop a team of consultants and designers, supporting business and private customers in creating complete furnishing solutions.

• Identify market opportunities, generate new business and turn customer needs into commercial projects that create value for both customers and IKEA.

• Build trust with customers throughout the entire journey, from the first contact to the delivery of the project, creating long term partnerships.

What you'll need to have

• Experience in business development, B2B sales or account management, with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

• Passion for interior design and space planning, with the ability to translate customer needs into complete furnishing solutions.

• Strong commercial mindset, networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with companies, professionals and public organisations.

• Positive leadership, coaching skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Permanent contract classified at Level 1 under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution. The annual gross salary for this position starts from €37,500 . ​
