Take full ownership of assigned B2B journeys from end to end, overseeing performance tracking, strategic direction, and alignment with executive stakeholders.
Establish and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing questions, risks, and issues.
Lead prioritization, forecasting, and governance efforts to ensure initiatives align with overall transformation goals.
Direct resource planning and cross-functional delivery, resolving issues while overseeing demand management and budget analysis.
Facilitate business reviews and produce executive-level reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) that is accurate, insightful, and action-oriented.
Monitor progress against plans and clearly communicate status updates, including recommendations for corrective actions and ongoing improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in marketing
5 years strategic experience in healthcare, financial services, or consumer packaged goods
Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Experience in resource management and operational execution.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with performance metrics such as NPS and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Strong organizational, analytical, and data skills
Able to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize effectively, and deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work with senior executives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and gain support for key initiatives
