Job Description

【職務概述】
我們正在尋找一位積極主動、具備良好溝通能力的國內Inside Sales業務人員。

此職位將承接既有客戶並持續拓展商機,透過跨部門合作與行銷團隊協作線上線下活動,發掘潛在客戶並建立長期合作關係。

透過深入了解產品特性與客戶應用情境,針對不同需求提出合適的銷售提案,並結合數位行銷的銷售策略,發展有別於傳統陌生開發的業務拓展方式。

【工作內容】

業務開發與跨團隊數位銷售

  • 透過研華IoTmart電商平台曝光產品與解決方案,輔助業務推廣與銷售
  • 與行銷團隊跨部門合作線上研討會及線下實體活動,開發潛在客戶
  • 深入探索物聯網 (IoT)與AI邊緣運算相關產業應用與商機

既有商機管理

  • 執行 Inbound / Outbound Call 與 Email 等業務開發活動
  • 維護既有客戶關係,挖掘再銷售及專案型合作機會
  • 主動研究市場趨勢與客戶應用,建立並持續追蹤潛在客戶名單

跨部門協作與專案推進

  • 獨立推進完整銷售流程,並與內部技術工程師、產品團隊協作完成專案
  • 負責台灣區業績目標達成與市場經營
  • 本職務以內勤業務(Inside Sales)為主,於大型或專案型客戶需求時,將與外勤業務或專案團隊協同拜訪客戶。


【條件要求】

國內外商學院或理工相關科系,大學/ 科技大學以上學歷

一年以上工作經驗

具備積極主動的工作態度與良好的邏輯表達能力
