About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager,you’lljoin a small, supportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2B accounts—particularly truck fleets. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in sales, account management, or mechanical fields.
Using Salesforce CRM, your key responsibilities will include:
Optimise account management processes and achieve sales goals.
Use Michelin salesmethodologyto grow territory sales volumes.
Conduct customer visits to inspect and report on Tyre performance whiledemonstratingthe value of Michelin Tyres/services.
Provide technical support to customers and end users.
Initiate improvements in services,productsand systems.
Analyse demand and influence stakeholders to ensure resource availability.
Identifynew and different business opportunities.

Strong communicationskills to share information, mitigate issues and resolve conflicts.
Analytical skills to understand data,writereports and make recommendations.
Respect for people, fostering a culture of compassion,empathyand support.
Ideally experience in B2B industry, clientservicesand/or sales environment.
Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: Excel,Wordand PowerPoint.
Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (you plan your own schedule).
Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
