The Service Design team is an influential and impactful group of designers who are experts in designing future services and visions in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary way. A Service Designer is a confident and competent designer who can develop designs based on evidence of user needs and organisational outcomes.
A relevant degree and experience in a role titled ‘service designer’ is not a requirement. What’s important is understanding how a service works to meet people’s needs.

Note that these skills will be tested during the Technical Assessment if you are successful at sift stage. They will not be assessed at application stage.
