About the Role : working 3pm-11pm

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining and cleaning all company facilities and grounds to maintain housekeeping standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cleans and maintains building, facilities, and equipment.
• Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a sanitary, healthy work environment.
• Removes and disposes of trash, recycling, and other waste.
• Provides custodial and minor buildings maintenance services including but not limited to restroom service, floor finishing, dusting, and refuse disposal.
• Assists with clearing snow when necessary.
• Additional projects as assigned by supervisor.

What You Need:

• High School diploma is required.
• 2 or more years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial field preferred
• Must maintain a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and a means of transportation for commuting between facilities
• Knowledge of proper cleaning practices for commercial spaces
• Maintain confidentiality from potential exposure to sensitive information.
• Good communication skills and self-motivated to work on a shift with no direct supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
