B-Level Automotive Technician

Up to $40/HR Guaranteed + Flat Rate | No Weekends

Seaside Service Center is a small, easygoing full-service repair shop looking for a solid B-Level Technician who wants steady work, a supportive team, and a place where people actually enjoy coming to work.

We work on a wide variety of vehicles including domestic, European, fleet vehicles, and even boats and jet skis during peak season. You’ll get real variety, strong support from experienced A-Techs, and consistent work without the drama.

What You’ll Be Doing

• General repair and maintenance
• Diagnostics and drivability work
• Brakes and suspension
• Tires and wheel bearings
• Oil leaks and mechanical repairs
• Vehicle inspections
• Working across domestic and European vehicles
• Some seasonal boat and jet ski work

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong B-Level skillset
• Comfortable with both maintenance and light diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license
• Team-first attitude
• Ability to produce around 40 flagged hours weekly

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tekmetric or DVI systems
• Diagnostic experience
• European vehicle experience

Shop Details

• 3-bay shop
• Average RO around $800
• Techs averaging 40-45 flagged hours
• Labor rate: $145/hr
• Tight-knit team with low turnover
• Owner and management actively involved
