Automotive Technician (B-Level) | $25–$35/hr Salary | No Weekends

About the Shop

This is a low-drama, team-first environment where people actually like coming to work.

You’ll be stepping into a shop with strong leadership, clear processes, and a real plan for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Handle maintenance services (BG services, fluid services, etc.)
• Perform brake and suspension work
• Complete basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Support shop productivity (target: 25–30 billable hours/week)
• Work alongside and learn from an experienced A-Tech

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional automotive experience
• State inspection license (required)
• Emissions license (required)
• Strong skills in maintenance, brakes, and suspension
• Solid basic diagnostic ability
• Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
• Familiarity with Tekmetric or similar systems
