Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (No Weekends)

We’re hiring a solid B-Level Automotive Technician who can confidently handle maintenance, mechanical repairs, and moderate diagnostics while continuing to grow their skill set in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately
• Handle brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, engine repairs, and drivability concerns
• Assist with diagnostics and testing procedures
• Follow structured repair and inspection processes
• Communicate findings clearly with the team
• Maintain strong productivity and quality standards
• Support a positive and professional shop culture

Tools & Systems You’ll Use

• Tekmetric shop management system
• OE factory software (Ford, GM, Chrysler)
• Snap-on Zeus and Autel Ultra diagnostic tools
• Digital vehicle inspections and structured workflow systems

Shop Environment

• 18 bays / 13 lifts
• Independent, established repair facility with strong reputation
• Vehicle mix: ~75% domestic, ~15% fleet, ~10% European
• Fast-paced but highly organized production model

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Michigan state certifications required
• ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong mechanical repair skills
• Basic to intermediate diagnostic ability
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Desire to learn and continue growing technically
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
